Bridge Medical – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By enrolling in any course or coaching programme provided by Bridge Medical (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“you” or “the participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

2. Enrolment & Payment

  • Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment or an agreed installment plan has been received.

  • Payments are accepted via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved platforms.

  • Prices may vary depending on region, tier, and format.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Online Courses (pre-recorded/self-paced): Non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Live Group Courses / Webinars:

    • Cancel up to 7 days before start date: 80% refund.

    • Cancel within 7 days: No refund.

  • Coaching:

    • Sessions cancelled with >24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

    • Missed or late-cancelled sessions (<24 hours) are non-refundable.

  • Bridge Medical reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.

4. Content Access & Usage

  • All course materials (videos, slides, handouts) are the intellectual property of Bridge Medical and are provided for personal use only.

  • Materials must not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

  • Lifetime access (if provided) refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user.

5. Coaching & Communication

  • Coaching clients may be granted access to a direct messaging channel (e.g. WhatsApp, MS Teams). This access is for academic or support-related questions only and will be monitored during business hours.

  • Bridge Medical coaches are not providing medical advice, only educational guidance aligned with exam standards.

  • Coaching sessions may be recorded for quality and review purposes; consent is requested at time of recording.

6. Mock Exams

  • Mock OSCEs are designed to simulate real exam conditions. Scores and feedback are for developmental purposes only and do not guarantee exam success.

  • Participants must adhere to professional standards of conduct during live sessions.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • While we aim to improve your clinical and communication skills, we do not guarantee success in any professional examination.

  • Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, and performance on the day of the exam.

8. Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, webcam/microphone (for online sessions), and access to required platforms (e.g. MS Teams).

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to technical issues on your side.

9. Conduct & Behaviour

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour toward coaches or fellow learners.

  • Participants engaging in such conduct may be removed from the course without refund.

10. Data Protection

  • Your personal data is stored and processed in accordance with GDPR or applicable local laws.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For full details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

11. Amendments

  • Bridge Medical reserves the right to amend course content, schedules, pricing, or these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or shared via email.
