We’re based in London and run in‑person courses at venues across central London We also deliver remote training for candidates across the UK and overseas.
What experience do you have delivering MRCEM/FRCEM prep?
Our teaching team are practicing Emergency Medicine clinicians and educators who’ve prepared hundreds of candidates across MRCEM Primary, SBA and OSCE, and FRCEM. We use current RCEM curriculum SLOs and live exam regulations to shape every session.
Who are your faculty and what are their clinical/teaching credentials?

Are you affiliated with or endorsed by RCEM?
No – Bridge Medical is an independent training provider. We align our material to the RCEM Curriculum and official exam regulations, but we are not affiliated with RCEM.

Short theory bursts, lots of deliberate practice, and targeted feedback mapped to RCEM SLOs. OSCE sessions prioritise realistic timing, structured frameworks, and examiner‑style feedback.
How big are your classes? What’s the tutor‑to‑candidate ratio?
We keep groups intentionally small so you get repeated reps, personalised critique, and time for questions.

Do you do remote training as well as in‑person?
Yes – every course has live online dates. In‑person options are available in central London.

We currently focus on MRCEM OSCE. Each course is mapped to the 2021 RCEM Curriculum SLOs.
How closely are your courses mapped to the RCEM curriculum and SLOs?
All sessions, checklists, and feedback are aligned to the RCEM 2021 Curriculum and exam SLOs. We signpost to official RCEM resources so you can cross‑check.
How much hands‑on OSCE practice time will I get?
Expect multiple full‑timed stations with examiner‑style feedback and repeat runs – our priority is deliberate practice.
How often do you update content to reflect RCEM exam changes?
Continuously. We track RCEM regulations, news, and exam updates and refresh slides, stations, and mocks accordingly.
Do I need prior UK EM experience to attend?
No – our teaching assumes mixed backgrounds. We’ll show you how to translate your current experience to RCEM exam expectations.
Do you support international doctors?
Yes – many of our candidates train outside the UK or have recently moved. We cover exam logistics, frameworks, and common pitfalls that trip up international candidates.
Can you signpost RCEM eligibility and documentation requirements?

Where are your in‑person venues and how do I get there?
We use quality teaching venues near transport hubs in central London. Full details and joining instructions are emailed after booking.
How far in advance should I book before an exam sitting?
Popular dates sell out quickly – most candidates book 4–8 weeks before their target sitting. If you’re closer to the exam, ask about last‑minute spaces or 1:1.
Do you offer on‑site training for departments or closed cohorts?

What do your courses cost?
